We were delighted with the property Pavillions 21 as it suited our family perfectly. The location was prefect also close to shops and cafes etc. We had a couple of issues that the Whitsunday Holiday staff acted upon and sorted out very quickly which was appreciated. Loved our stay! Location was great, you can walk to most main attractions although the golf cart supplied makes it too easy to get around. The apartment felt secluded and private, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area was a favourite. Check in/out was super smooth and the host was super responsive. We had our 1 year old with us so it was great to be able to book the car seat in advance. Read More

Whitsunday Holidays is an exceptionally professional team. The property was exactly as described, and everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. They even have a dedicated valet team, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. The communication before and during our stay was prompt and clear, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house was fully equipped, quiet, comfortable, and came with a buggy, which made getting around Hamilton Island so easy and convenient. We were extremely happy with our stay. It’s not often that you find an Airbnb managed to such a high standard. We would definitely choose to stay with Whitsunday Holidays again on our next visit to Hamilton Island. Highly recommended! Incredible location and well equipped apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. This apartment is at end end and on the ground floor; so quiet and huge grassy hill for the kids to play on, and the pool right there. Would definitely stay again. Read More

Our 5th stay here at Frangipani 04 We love the ground one level with picture perfect view of Catseye Beach. With a buggy included, a must have for us to cruise around the Island at our leisure. The newly renovated Frangipani 04 is truly fabulous.We love all of the new features and appliance upgrades.
