The apartment was very well presented and the welcoming bottle of champers and beers was a nice touch

The buggy included was also in great condition and we never had a problem with it

Have visited Hamilton many times over the years going back when I worked for Ansett ,most of my trips have been on my own however having my son and his wife and 3 children come along this time was very special and I looked for a place they would love as well as fitting us all in comfortably.

Oasis 18 definitely satisfied all our needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again .

Great place! Fit our group of 10 perfectly – very spacious. Everything is pretty close in Hamilton Island so dont stress about location. The 2 buggies were a great addition, and the VIP pickup at the airport. Definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment with very helpful host company. Absolutely awesome spot and very relaxing. Home was clean and had all items needed plus came with golf buggy which I believe is essential. Lots to do on Hamilton island and the best place to visit the reef from. Highly recommend but would also say make sure you book everything a couple of weeks before you go, trips and restaurants ( yes restaurants), as it all books up very quickly.

Just providing some feedback for Pavilion 21.

We had a wonderful time at Hamilton Island, my favourite holiday destination. We were absolutely delighted with Pavilion 21, there was more than enough room for our family. It suited our elderly mother perfectly being on the ground floor. We particularly loved all the space, the high standard of accommodation, the more than adequate kitchen supplies, the buggy, our own little pool and lawn area. We loved the easy access to the marina and IGA. Initially I thought being so close to the airport might have been noisy but we barely heard the airplanes. We were thrilled with the accommodation and wouldn’t hesitate in returning and recommending to family and friends.

We hope to return again.

Really superb place to stay. Beautifully decorated with stunning views. Highlights were definitely the balcony spa bath and golf buggy- so much fun driving around the island! Absolutely incredible stay at Blue Water Views #17. From the pick up at the airport to the luggage service back to the airport at checkout, the service was top notch. The apartment was exactly as described but the real thing was even better than the pictures. Inside there was absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. The golf cart/buggy made navigating easy – perfect location for easy access to both the marina and the beach. The views, especially at sunset, were almost unbelievable- at times it looked like a painting. Not one iota of a negative at this place. If we return to Hamilton Island, we will absolutely book BW Views #17 again

We just had the most wonderful holiday & stayed at the amazing Frangipani 8 overlooking the beautiful Catseye Beach. From the very beginning from when we made the booking, on arrival & right up till we sadly had to leave, the wonderful staff at Whitsundays Holidays, a very special mention of Courtney, Stacey and Julie who went above & beyond to help in every way, especially when we missed our flight, they arranged another night for us as well as changing our day cruise. Any enquires were promptly addressed & you just knew we were in very good hands.

Our own Valet picked us up at the airport, packed all our luggage into a van & drove us to our hotel with a lot of very helpful tips pointing out where the marina was, the IGA which is attached to the Bottle Shop. Our apartment offered everything you could ask for with a beautiful homely decor, very comfy beds, a tv in every room, spectacular view from master bedroom with sliding doors to access the rather large ground floor porch, which offered a BBQ, outdoor table for 6 & 4 sunlounges not to mention direct access to the private pool & spa with plenty of sun lounges, undercover table & chairs, fridge & BBQ.

We felt like home in this gorgeous apartment, the Owners have thought of everything! The beautiful open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, gas cooking to boot! Having a laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron & board was very handy. There’s also a clothes rack that you can use. The biggest bonus was having the use of your own Golf Buggy & as most departure flights leave around Midday, even though we had to vacate the property by 10, you can leave all of your luggage inside for them to pick up & transport to airport but you can still keep all your carryon bags / Day Bags, still have the use of the buggy & hang around the pool to then get your own way to airport.

All in all, A A Amazing holiday & we will definitely be going back next year.

We recently stayed at La Bella Waters 2 and absolutely loved it!!! The house is spacious, clean and located in a nice quiet spot just down the hill from One Tree Hill. The bedrooms are huge and all have en-suites, the kitchen is well appointed – and there’s everything you could possibly need – washer and dryer, high chair, cot and some toys and games. Our kids (1 and 3) loved the private back lawn for running races and playing with their cars!

Whitsunday Holidays were fabulous from our initial booking enquiries to our return home. Clear (and quick) communication throughout, responsive and helpful – we couldn’t be happier!!! Travelling with two toddlers can be daunting, but Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Holidays have made this trip seamless. We’ve already recommended Whitsunday Holidays to two other families looking to visit and are about to book to come back to the same house, through Whitsunday Holidays again in six months time!

Good morning and thanks for your email. We had a fabo week with close family and enjoyed our time even in the rain the last couple of days on and off. We specifically liked being on that side of the island away from the afternoon sun, choosing to go west if the inclination arose. The location and buggy afforded us easy access to visit One Tree Hill or either the Front Street area or Catseye Beach aspect within 5 minutes so that was fantastic, and the complex pool was in a great position not too close but close enough for a wander in and privacy was guaranteed.

We did love the space and layout, which was obvious to us from the images and found it very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. The larger lounge setting was also a perfect set up as we could sit with space to chill and read and not be on top of each other, but also close enough to be involved in the prep or cleanup of meals if we ate at home.

The club car was great.

It was a very relaxed vibe which allowed us to concentrate our efforts on enjoying the island and what it has to offer. A getaway that will be remembered for a lifetime.

This property is a great asset, we would recommend to people to stay here over nearby complexes. It afforded us good privacy as if we were away from the majority of tourist people, nice and quiet when it was needed and another plus we had the bus basically at the door to take us around or return. Overall this would be one of the nicer properties in this part of the island without spending $1000+ per night which is a bonus. Lovely place and space. Kind regards, Chris

Just wanted to say we had THE BEST holiday in Hamilton Island. The property is absolutely beautiful and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I had family stay in another property that cost a lot more and they were jealous of our accommodation. I had been saving up to take my children on a holiday (single Mum) and they had never been on a plane before. It was just magical. My 3 kids all agreed that we had the best place.

We had a fantastic time on Hamilton Island and staying at La Bella Waters 2 villa – it was superb from the moment of walking through the beautiful wooden door (it is even better in real-life than the photos on the website which is noteworthy as in my experience it is often the other way around). This place was immaculate, spotless clean inside and in such a great location looking over the water, we loved it. My father said he felt like a King staying here and enjoyed waking up to the beauty from the window and outdoor patio everyday. The kitchen facilities were great, having proper equipment and sharp knives. I recommend this place – 5 out of 5 star ranking from my entire family.

La Bella Waters 2 was perfectly located on the Island with views of the water and easy access to the swimming pool, there was also a great outdoor area where we had numerous BBQ. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay and while humid and hot, the house air conditioning was excellent. The property came with adequate cooking items and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed at La Bella Waters 2, 1 Coral Sea Drive last week.

What a fantastic time! Perfect weather all week!

The boat day was a definite highlight (we took Nisi / a large cruiser). We went up to Hook island (I think it was) for a swim and lunch then some sight seeing round the other islands. I didn’t appreciate they are all so close together and diverse. I recommend any guests to take a boat for the day and see the archipelago.

I was surprised how developed the island was too (in a good way). The infrastructure from being able to fly in, good supermarket, bakery, marina and restaurants were great.

The villa felt like it was out of the hustle and bustle of the village but also close to everything with the buggy. Nice quiet outlook over the waters to the East and North of the Island. The villa is also huge and nicely renovated / decorated.

A perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and the beautiful accomodation at Casa Kaye Villa on Hamilton Island. The villa was just perfect for our family, it was spacious, really well appointed with everything you needed to be self sufficient and offered privacy and a peaceful setting. The layout of the villa was fantastic, all open plan, full of natural light with a stunning outdoor area and incredible water views. The private courtyard area offered alfresco dining with a gas BBQ which we used nearly every night, plus an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing which was great. Each of the three bedrooms had excellent bathrooms, all new and modern, and all the bedrooms, had aircon & fans and were well separated for privacy. The top two bedrooms including the master had water views and balconies. The villa came with two buggy spaces which was perfect for friends, and one of our favourite things was this complex also had its own swimming pool right next to the villa we were in, which was fantastic if you didn’t want to go down to the main hotel pools. The kids just loved it! Overall, this villa is the perfect place to stay and we will be back for sure! 5 Stars from us!!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Poinciana #12! Some of our favourite things were

– somebody collecting the garbage every day – one less job for mum on holidays

– close proximity to the pool

– short golf buggy ride into town

– provision of the golf buggy for our use

– my daughter would like to add (and I agree with her) that the apartment was very spacious and had room for all of our suitcases (noting however that we only travelled as a group of 4, and so could really spread out across 3 bedrooms)

– I especially loved the master ensuite because there was so much space to lay out all my personal items and the small amount of jewellery I took too

– we enjoyed watching the wallabies, curlews, currowongs, cockatoos, bats, butterflies etc

– we also enjoyed entertaining our friends in the outdoor patio area with the BBQ

– the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the Nespresso machine

– property was very clean on arrival

– I appreciated the tupperware containers for picnics

Nice apartment with fascinating view and great location. The complimentary buggy is a plus that makes our trip really enjoyable. Communication with the host is smooth and pleasant. The valet service to pickup from airport and transfer our luggage to airport after checkout is really hassle free. Will definitely come again.

Our stay at Frangipani 8 recently was everything we’d hoped for. On airport arrival, we were met and transferred to the apartment by a valet service (and also on departure) who gave us instructions for the unit and how to use the buggy. Having your own buggy parked just outside front door was a bonus for easy access all around the island.

Walking in the door, we were stunned by the sweeping views across Catseye Beach, the passage and across to Whitsunday Island. The main bedroom also offers the amazing views too. The unit had everything needed for a great holiday – comfortable beds and lounge, spacious, a well equipped kitchen, entertainment and lovely toiletries.

Being a ground floor unit was very convenient – no stairs to carry luggage or shopping up (great IGA) and only two minute walk to beach. We found the location fabulous being at the end of the resort buildings as it was very quiet, away from evening noise at the Resort Centre; a Frangipani Lodge dedicated pool and spa right alongside building and two minute walk to the start of the bushwalking trails (recommend as they offer fabulous views). It was only a five minute walk to the Resort Centre, restaurants and coffee/bars, beach lounges and water sport equipment hut; and only a 15-20 minute walk to the Marina.

Excellent value and can highly recommend.

Excellent apartment (2 good bedrooms and bathrooms, the main bedroom had an epic view and great ensuite). The whole apartment was very comfortable and spacious and a good location. Having a very comfortable table and cushioned seats on the veranda made it awesome for relaxing with the spectacular view, and having two day bed style beds was fantastic. The best part of the booking was having the buggy included. The buggies were in high demand while we were there and a lot of our friends could not book one so having this included in our accommodation was well worth the additional dollars.

This was an excellent spot to stay on the island. Plenty of space and excellent facilities, so great to have a washing machine for that little bit extra longer stay. The apartment opens up basically right onto catseye beach! The included buggy was a life saver for travelling around the island. Can’t wait to go back.

Thank you for inviting feedback on my stay at Hamilton Island at Poinciana 003.

The unit is a beautiful unit, and really nicely styled furniture both inside and outside. Unit was extremely clean on our arrival.

We were so warmly greeted from the airport by our driver of the buggy, who gave us an in depth run down on the buggy (which I was totally excited about) and also when we asked if we could have two keys he kindly left, sourced and returned with the second key.

The buggy was amazing and I was totally impressed with how easy it was to drive, park and charge. Totally a bonus when staying at Poinciana 003.

The unit is very well equipped with crockery and cutlery, towels and beach towels. I was super impressed with the owners thinking of everything that may be needed. The outdoor furniture was the best in the whole complex, we sneakily checked out other patio furniture when arriving and getting our bearings of the complex.

Fridge with ice/water dispenser is amazing, loved this.

Unit is fabulously large and spacious. Great location to the Marina, beach area, gymnasium, and other resort pools, with an amazing view of the water passage to other islands and it was great to watch the boats come and go and watch the storm/rain roll in in the afternoons.

We didn’t end up using the BBQ, but looked great and clean.

Would and have absolutely recommended this property to family and friends, its amazing.

The wildlife of wallabies and birds were also really nice in the evening and morning as they forage on the grass in front of the patio area.

The Pool in the complex was great, not many visited it so it was like we had our own private pool. The pool always had cover from the lovely trees and greenery surrounding the pool, it was great.

The driver that came to pick us up was lovely, friendly and on time, the whole stay and every interaction we had with staff, from all areas on the island was something truly amazing, they were so friendly, interactive, interested and really able to hold a conversation and looked like they loved their jobs. It was a real pleasure to meet so many happy, people working on the island.

Hi Kristie, thankyou the unit was perfect for our short stay. The girls spotted turtles on the first day snorkeling at cats eye and we trekked up to passage peak on the second day. We had cocktails at one tree hill on both days. Dinner at marina tavern and pizza 2nd night. The golf buggy was the hero , must have for Hamilton island. Thanks for last minute booking.

This was my fourth stay in Frangipani 8 and my 22 visit to Hamilton Island.

I am young at 72 years!! I first visited the Island when I was 14 years old with my parents who were friends of Keith Williams.

I have travelled the world all my life and still consider Hamilton to give me all I want and need.

I return twice a year, once in summer to Frangipani 8 and in July for 3 months on my brother’s boat, where we base ourselves at Hamilton.

In answer to your question, how was Frangipani 8? I have stayed at Qualia, the Resort hotel, the Beach club and private homes, however, Frangipani 8 is my preference and this is always my apartment of choice. I have enjoyed other apartments in Lagoon and Hibiscus, however, now I will only stay in Frangipani 8!!!

Awesome house, beautiful large lawn, and unparalleled scenery. The most amazing thing is that there will be groups of kangaroos and white parrots on the lawn every evening. Every day I drive a golf cart on the island, and the beautiful blue sky and white clouds of coral sea, everything is perfect! I will miss it here!

“We really loved this apartment, The beach shack. We felt at home and on holiday here. The view is so spectacular that our camera could not capture. You can hear the ocean and I fell asleep to that sound each night. Morning coffee outside on the balcony with relaxed eyes gazing at the ocean and the close enough neighbouring island. Fantastic kitchen and some cooking had been done. The apartment is very close to the beach and we could easily walk down for a swim. A buggy was provided and we would use it to get to the Marina, restaurants and IGA for food shopping. The beach shack sure suited us and this Hamilton Island Paradise. Ps. Dent Island and the Golf club restaurant is a must booking essential. Thankyou owners of the beach shack and Whitsunday Team for everything.”

Fabulous apartment at ground floor level right at the end of the Frangipani block of apartments. This afforded us some extra privacy and a feeling of being closer to the bush, with the start of the walk trails only 100m away. Very peaceful and therefore wonderful nights sleep. Enjoyed using the buggy too which apart from being great fun gave us flexibility to get round the island. Really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful apartment, Thanks.

This property suited all our needs. Appliances all worked well, location central to everything. Modern, clean and stocked with a few basic but essential items.

We stayed in this unit in March. It is a very large ground floor unit that comes with a buggy, that was super convenient! Sitting on the patio we would see Wallabies and Cockatoos on the lawn. The unit has everything you need, we got groceries form the IGA and were able cook and BBq. On site laundry was great. 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again! The apartment was light and airy, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a lovely surprise to find children’s cutlery and crockery. My two children settled very quickly and my 5 yr old loved the outdoor area. we spent a lot of time out there.

The buggy was a huge hit with everyone.

Even the pick up were very well arranged and everyone so helpful and friendly.

Great fit out and location for families. Golf buggy very useful and love having the convenience of the IGA and being able to cook meals.

Great communication from the time we booked in accommodation until departure. The photos on your website do not convey how great (and spacious) this apartment is. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities including snorkels, high chair, colouring in books, board games and inflatables – perfect for families!

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary on this trip (soaking up the views from our accommodation with the children – hence the ham sammies and fruit).

The ‘Beach Shack’ was the perfect place and pad for our Hamilton Island family getaway. So close to everything and also a relaxed and stylish retreat to chill. We loved the space, double balconies and ambiance of the apartment and would definitely recommend to others. This apartment was perfect for a family traveling with kids or for a group of travelers. The kitchen had every appliance known to man with ample cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. It is so often you go to holiday apartments and can’t get by with making a single meal as there is not enough crockery pots or pans in the kitchen. This apartment truly was amazing. We cooked in most nights and didn’t ever fall short of being able to make a meal utensil wise. The view and location to the beach was fabulous. As was having our own buggy for transport. Would definitely stay here every time I visit the island in the future.

The Lagoon apartment was perfect! Perfect the location and all the amenities provided included movies and toys for the kids. It is close to a beautiful beach with beach sport equpiment for hire and 10 min drive from the marina and all shops. Our host has been very punctual and helpful in any ways from picking us up from the airport, to responding to our questions. We hope we can go back sometime soon!

We especially loved zipping around the island in our little golf buggy! We hiked to Passage Peak and also the Resort lookout. Dinner at the amazing Coca Chu! Coffee & cake at the bakery every day! Swimming in the beautiful ocean and resort pools. We’ll definitely be back to visit!

We had a wonderful time on Hamilton and the accommodation was just perfect – centrally located, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable and the view from the patio was really beautiful. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed with a big fridge and freezer to store all our supplies. The onsite pool is in a beautiful setting. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. The included Lexus buggy was a wonderful added bonus. The staff were always really responsive, helpful and friendly too.

I would definitely recommend Whitsunday Holidays and can’t wait to stay at Poinciana again.

The accommodation is so good that everyone of us enjoyed the journey. The house is clean and big, we can use buggy to everywhere in the island. The kangaroo come to the grass in front of the balcony everyday. there’re not many restaurants in the island, but we can buy food in IGA and cook ourselves. Lovely unit perfectly positioned between Catseye beach and the marina with great views. Gorgeous birds and wallabies love to play on the grass outside the unit. Unit was great with a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Second bedroom doesn’t get a lot of light but still nice. Also the buggy was a huge plus. Great service from Isaac and Immaculate who were available on call to fix broken kettle and help us out. Also a nice valet service to and from airport in private air conditioned van.

We weren’t wanting for anything. The beds and even the pillows were so comfortable. The balcony was amazing and we dined out there breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful visits from the cockatoos were a highlight for all concerned. The valet service provided was welcomed and the fellow, John I believe, was a joy.

Spacious apartment with all you would need for a few days on the island – towels, linen, kitchen appliances and utensils and even a barbecue out back. The views are also amazing!

We had a marvelous time with many thanks to the house and its owners. The amenities and facilities as well as being off the beaten track made for a wonderful base.

All of us enjoyed 3 splendid BBQ meals seated around the large dining table. The pool was beautiful and the view spectacular.

We enjoyed the quiet and the ability to listen to the local wildlife.

My family of three generations had a wonderful time at Hamilton Island and on visits to Whitehaven Beach and the Great Barrier Reef.

It was the house, Iluka, that contributed greatly to the magic of our too-short vacation and time together. The house is beautifully sited, carefully and sufficiently isolated, and positioned for views of the passage between Hamilton and Whitsunday Islands; and close enough to the Sunset Bar (with a steep climb) for views in most directions.

The house is wonderfully appointed; all that is needed is to add your own food and drinks, supplied at understandable cost by a variety of island and Airlie Beach caterers. The upstairs lounge, dining and undercover outdoor areas have views, comfort, space and furniture, and an area that allows ease of movement for six adults and five children. Beds in all five bedrooms are comfortable, and two main bedrooms are spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms for a crowd.

The accolades for Iluka come from the children. ‘This is the best place for a holiday. Thanks, Grandad!” The infinity pool was used when the sun was warm enough, the cubby house had a few visits, and the trampoline was in constant use. The trampoline was as well-designed and as safe as it could be.

The little things that matter were epitomised by the provision of two buggies, coloured distinctively in orange. No troubles finding the Iluka buggies when parked among scores of white buggies!

Thankyou for the care taken in providing this magnificent house that shifts quickly into becoming a wonderful home. We had a memorable holiday together, and there is little doubt that the quality of Iluka contributed to those memories.

Perfect apartment on ground floor opened onto grass area, ideal for families. Next to lovely pool area. Beach a 2 minute walk across the road and down stairs. We walked to the marina each day which we enjoyed but had the use of a buggy when we were tired of an evening.

Great place for couples and friends. Good value for money compared to rest of island. We came for a wedding and despite the weather and damage to the island our accommodation was perfect and exactly what we needed…thanks again.

We stayed with our two boys – aged 6 & 2 – at Lagoon Lodge 007 just 8 days after Cyclone Debbie. We were in two minds of traveling so soon after the cyclone as we didn’t know what to expect. However, what the 1200 residents and staff had done was nothing short of a miracle – with most resort facilities, pools, shops and restaurants re-opened and back to normal. As for the apartment, being only 50m from Catseye beach and easy access to our favourite pool it was a perfect location us. The grass lawn in front of the apartment also provided that extra space for our boys to run around which was an added bonus. To top it off, the brand new buggy made getting around very enjoyable – whether it was a trip to the marina or afternoon tea/cocktail at One Tree Hill. All in all, it was certainly the right decision and look forward to coming back next year!

Had one weeks stay here. The property is nicely decorated, spacious, modern and clean. Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We had two families so extra space was nice. Being ground floor the kids could play on grassed area safely. Great location. In between marina and Catseye Beach so you can walk everywhere in 5 mins, or drive buggy. Pool in this complex is good for small children but we preferred main pools down near beach and hotel. We would stay here again.

The island is fantastic (minus a few leaves) and we are really enjoying our time in Hibiscus 108. It’s a great unit and we will definitely be back in this unit if its available.

The Hibiscus pool is crystal clear and a lot warmer than previous years probably due to the lack of shade cloth structure that use to cover most of the pool. Hope they took it down before Debbie hit?

All the restaurants we normally venture to are open except for the amazing Romano’s but rotating between Manta Ray, Sails and Pool Terrace is a great way to spend a few weeks.

Just thought we would let you know we are having an amazing holiday.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and I arrived on a flight 1-hour late but the valet service was there waiting for us at the airport with a large enough van to hold all of us and luggage. One reason we chose Frangipani 8 was that it was ground floor, both at the front door and rear patio. They provided high chair, crib and car seat for our 1-year old. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. (However, there were no paper towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.) It was very clean except there was a scent of ant spray. (We had to keep all food in the fridge otherwise ants would gather. Same with patio. Don’t leave dropped food on the patio.) The weather was hot and humid but the air conditioner worked very well. (Too well; my kids wanted it colder than I did, and it stayed almost cold inside.) The location was great, literally the last condo on the Catseye Beach side. View was great. You cannot walk straight across the road to the beach. But, it is still a short walk. You do have to walk further (or drive the included golf cart) down to the resort where the lounge chairs are. This condo is right next to a shaded pool, but far enough way that noise was never a problem. We also could not hear any noise from the unit next to us or above us. You could drive the golf cart to almost everywhere on the island in almost 5 minutes. It had a full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher. The living area and master bedroom had large glass doors out to the patio. The 2nd bedroom was plain but was fine for us. The 2nd bathroom was fine but did not have a vent for the air conditioner. There were kangaroos (or maybe wallabies, I don’t know the difference) and cockatoos outside the patio every day. I would consider staying here again if we return. They answered my several emails of questions before and while we were there.

This is either the 4th or 5th time we have rented Hibiscus 108. Obviously we like it very much. We have a daughter with a disability and the set up , location and continued improvements to the furnishings etc are appreciated and encourage our return. We normally book for two weeks in January and this year opted to stay for 3 weeks. We will try and book another 3 weeks for next January in the coming days once we can confirm our dates. We have stayed in other units in other blocks and locations but like 108 the most. The grounds are also well maintained which gives you the impression that the island management care about the quality of amenities offered. So obviously we are happy campers looking forward to more years at 108 ahead.

We had a great time thank you, it was not my first visit to the Island but it was for three of the five of us, so really lovely to visit again it was just not long enough.

The house was beautiful we made plenty of use of the pool, it was great to have a kitchen that was well stocked with plates, cutlery, pans, chopping boards, tongs and knives.

We are already talking about a reunion and that will be for a week.

We all had a fantastic holiday as always and the weather was beautiful even the little bit of rain we had.

This was the first time that we had stayed at Lagoon 102 or even stayed down that end of the island. The property was absolutely perfect I would even go as far as saying I wished we had of changed our accommodation a lot sooner than we did. The views were awesome and the breeze was perfect.

The owners have done a fantastic job in renovating.

We will definitely be booking that same accommodation next year and may even look at coming up there for Audi Race week next year.

And of course Whitsunday Holidays guys were great with our pickup when we arrived and when we left.

We loved our 10 day stay at Lagoon 102. Picked up at airport. Arrived well before check in time but was able to leave our bags in the room until the cleaners had finished. Buggy provided was so convenient. View was spectacular. Kitchen was well thought out as we had everything needed to cook. We had a bit of a laugh about our trouble finding the kitchen bin. BBQ clean. Beds were comfy. Washing machine very handy. Although our kids are older, I could see all the must haves for babies supplied. Location is so convenient. Movies, boardgames, books and PS3 were a nice touch. Picked up precisely to be taken to airport (against our will ….. lol). We highly recommend Lagoon 102

I stayed here for 10 nights with my husband and 2 children. The location is exceptional. Close to Catseye beach and resort area fore activities. The apartment has been renovated (many in lagoon, hibiscus and Frangipani have not) to a high standard. Beds are comfortable, apartment was clean and beautifully presented. Great to have an actual bath for washing young kids. Many do not. It is on ground floor, so no stairs to manage,but still with a lovely water view. There is grass out the front of the unit, which is great for kids to play on.Access to both Frangipani and hibiscus pools, which is great. Kitchen was really well equipped, thank you. also nice touches such as DYD’s, games etc.I was really happy with this unit and would recommend it highly. The Whitsunday holidays team/Villacare were great with welcoming and transfers. We had a fantastic holiday there and cannot imagine anyone not enjoying lagoon 007.

I was really happy with Oasis 23. I’ve now leased several places on Hamilton island and this was by far the best set up – including some far more expensive places. Really impressed it had a decent infant seat for the buggy but it was all the extras that were most appreciated – laundry powder, dish washing stuff etc. Kitchen utensils etc were also better than far more expensive places.

It was higher up the hill and the view and breeze was lovely.

I just wanted to say that we had a great holiday at Hamilton Island and enjoyed our stay at Lagoon 007.

The accommodation was perfect for what we were after and fitted our family of 4 perfectly. The apartment had all the comforts of home and was well equipped for what we needed. The ground floor suited us as the kids could play outside on the grass area and were still visible to us. The inclusion of the buggy made everything so convenient and easy to get around the island and the valet service was also a great convenience with our valets very friendly and hospitable.

A couple of suggestions that may make the stay a little more convenient for future guests (although didn’t hinder our comfort at all) includes having some glad wrap or foil or plastic bags, a microwave container with lid (to heat things like vegetables in), some more pegs for the clothes line and a non-scratch scourer for the pots.

Thank you to Whitsunday Holidays also for the regular contact that you provided leading up to the holiday and the ideas/suggestions for before and when we were on the Island, it’s greatly appreciated.

All up – had a great holiday and loved the apartment!!

Would definitely recommend Lagoon 007 and Whitsunday Holidays to others.

We had a wonderful time stay in Oasis 23! My family and my cousins and aunties stayed there for four nights, we found the property so well furnished and equipped, specially thank to the owner’s thoughtfully stored lots of games, toys and books for all of us to enjoy, and not to mention those quality beach towels for us to use. We only found we didn’t have enough time to enjoy ourselves just lay back in the sofa and enjoy the view! Every morning we had our breakfast on the spacious verandah greeting by the cockatoos and afternoon enjoy a cuppa watching the sunset… I strongly recommend to all my friends, with convenient location and magnificent view, it worth every penny!

Perfect apartment for a family with a toddler! Lots of space, lovely outside area, decor is gorgeous and and all the creature comforts you need. We enjoyed exploring the island with the buggy, and walking down the steps to the beach everyday.

We had a 10 day holiday with our 3 children and a large group of friend staying in neighboring apartments. Lagoon 007 was a stand out. New kitchen and recently renovated, we were absolutely stoked when we walked through the door. A stones throw from Catseye and a wonderful outlook. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back!

Followed a neighbors recommendation & from the moment we were picked up from the bellman at the airport we knew we had made a good decision to holiday on Hamilton. Unit includes a buggy that enabled us to enjoy everything that the island had to offer & we will certainly return again. The upkeep of everything on the island was very high which was great to see for a north QLD island. The apartment is very spacious with a nice gap between the master bed & 2nd room for the kids. The bathrooms had both been recently renovated & the roof mounted luxury shower head in the master ensuite was a good choice by the owners! The ground floor meant no steps & the kids could play out the front on the lawns. There was rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, kangaroos & possums all right out the front too which was a thrill. A path in front of the apartment also leads straight down a small flight of stairs & you are on the beach in 30 seconds which is too cool!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poinciana 010. Great service from the staff. A spacious, comfortable and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful outlook, quiet but close to everything and the buggy was a great bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, large modern unit!

We had a great week at Lagoon 007. Everything you needed was there from a large unit, great view and handy position. The buggy was a huge hit too! We will definitely return. Thanks!!

We arrived in Hamilton island and were met by a fellow at the airport who picked us up and drove us to our condo. That was a very easy way to start the trip. Our condo was clean and located in a nice spot, only a couple of minutes to the harbour. The golf cart was a great feature too and we loved taking it for a drive to the G store or the beaches. I think the best part of the trip was the Cockatoos visiting us and the amazing view! We will defiantly go back with the parents next time because it’s an island that everyone needs to experience.

The Unit was just like the pictures showed which was nice. It was clean and tidy and someone even put our Coles online order in the fridge which was really appreciated especially because our plane was delayed over an hour. The Valet service to and from the airport included in the Unit along with the welcome bottle of Champagne all adds to a nice way to start the holiday. I have already recommended the place to 2 friends.

Great location, nice lookout. Yes the first and second floor see more reef but in 007 you can still see a lot of the reef and neighbouring islands and direct ground access was a great bonus for us with a toddler. Clean, renovated, well equipped. Spacious. Responsive caretaker. Quieter end of Catseye beach but still walking distance to the main resort and town.

Happily pass on to owners our congratulations on provision of such a well appointed unit. We have never stayed in a unit that was so well equipped with all the little things that make such a venue a joy to stay in – from the up-to-date and well-maintained electric appliances, to provision of platters, plastic containers (for those inevitable leftovers) and even freezer bricks in the fridge. And, as our extended family were in two other units in the same block, much appreciated was the fact that there was no shortage of extra mugs, glasses and cutlery, which is usually minimal.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hamilton Island as a destination to anyone looking for a holiday where one can be as busy or relaxed as you choose.

Modern, Clean and Amazing!

We had a 10 day holiday with our 3 children and a large group of friend staying in neighbouring apartments. Lagoon 007 was a stand out. New kitchen and recently renovated, we were absolutely stoked when we walked through the door. A stones throw from Catseye and a wonderful outlook. I just wanted to send you a big thank you for all of your help booking our family vacation. After minus 20 degree temperatures for the last two months in New York it was lovely to arrive in the sunny Whitsundays and even more exciting to arrive at Iluka.

Wow what an amazing home! It had everything we needed for our group. The Children loved the pool, the trampoline and the tree house. The adults loved the pool, the lovely decks, eating outside for every meal and a really really well equipped kitchen. They even have great knives! The beds were comfortable, everything was such great quality, it really exceeded our expectations.

We just thought everything was perfect and Hamilton Island and the lovely Iluka was the favorite part of our month long stay in Australia. You were such a great help and we will certainly be recommending Whitsunday holidays and Iluka to all of our friends back in New York!

We really enjoyed staying at Oasis 18. It was the perfect size for us, with a couple in one bedroom, three young cousins in the other and me on the sofa bed – so much more economical than having to rent two apartments. The valet service was also much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed plus a fantastic view. We particularly enjoyed having the pool nearby and watching the fruit bats fly past as we ate dinner each evening.

Nice and away from hustle and bustle

We stayed at Lagoon 007 this week for a few nights and found the property suited our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances etc and the house had a homely feel about it. I had a query re housekeeping and my reply was answered very promptly via text from Lynda the house keeper.

Fantastic place to stay

This apartment is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of the Island right on the beach. The grassed area at the front is way better than a balcony with slightly better views. Wallabies, cockatoos, whale watching and possums. The cart was a bonus and it is literally 5 minutes to the marina.

Hello, I have recently stayed at Oasis 18 with my husband, son and daughter-in-law and thoroughly enjoyed every square inch of the accommodation. Beautiful views, lovely beds, great living areas. It goes without saying that Iluka is a magnificent property that we were delighted to occupy for a far-too-short period.

In no particular order:

The young lady operating the valet service was the perfect blend of professional and personal.

The location of the property on the island is perfect – it feels secluded whilst being highly proximate.

The equipping of the kitchen is superb – and could easily be used as a selling point (one of the reasons I wanted a house rather than hotel accommodation was to be able to cook for my team).

Your service was outstanding – from start to finish.

There’s little question that we’ll be back to Hamo – and Whitsunday Holidays will be our first port of call to get that organised.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday! We stayed at hibiscus 108 in august 2014. We had a week here with my husband and two boys (5and1). We found the apartment large, clean and well equipped and a perfect view and location for beach, pools and amenities. We especially likes the golf buggy to get around the island. We also got coles online delivered which made it very easy with the kids. Having a porta cot, high chair, beach toys and linen supplied made life easier also. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartment for family with young kids!

We had a really comfortable stay at Lagoon 007 (just a shame our kids kept waking so early!). Having the ground floor with grassed area was absolutely awesome; it doubled our living space & the kids loved the visiting wildlife; no need to worry about stairs or a balcony. Easy access to Catseye Beach & the inclusion of the buggy made getting around the island so easy (& fun!). We ordered coles online & cooked a lot at the apartment – the kitchen was well equipped. The electric bbq worked well. The shower in the ensuite had great water pressure. Would definitely recommend staying at Lagoon 007.

We had a truly great time at Hamilton Island. We were particularly impressed with Frangipani 004, the location was perfect and the quality and presentation was beyond expectation. We traveled with 3 other families who stayed at various places on the island and they were all envious of our Frangipani unit, and we had the best buggy too! They all agreed we had the best spot, the nicest unit and we had a visit from the cute wallaby just to put the icing on the cake.

We hope to come back and stay there again.

Hello Whitsunday Team. Sorry for my late response, my email account has been down and now I’m surfing through 200 emails to reply. We had a fantastic time on our Whitsunday holiday (9th June – 16th June). Despite it raining nearly every day we had a ball. Of course staying at Pavillions 21 made the holiday (especially in the rain) so much more enjoyable.

We snuggled up on the couch overlooking the harbor with a coffee and watched the rain fall. The kitchen was amazing in the way it was stocked. A big thank you to the owner of the property. My children have food allergies which means that I have to prepare all of their food. This has been a challenge in the past with limited cooking utensils when on holiday. I don’t think that there was anything that the kitchen didn’t have.

The bedrooms were very spacious, which was terrific for our two wheelchairs guys. We also loved the very comfortable outdoor furniture and the options of seating on the patio. I had breakfast in all three areas, which had a very homely feeling to it indeed. Most importantly, the apartment had enough entertainment in it to keep a 4 year old, a 6 year old and a 9 year old amused in the wet weather. Oh, and I loved the stocked bookshelf. I can’t remember that being mentioned in the paperwork, but if it isn’t, it would be a great idea to let people know. I did take several books with me to read to the kids at night, but they just wanted to select their own from the shelf – perfect. That was a most impressive touch, as too was the jig-saw puzzle which kept us all busy!!!

Look, if I had to mention one thing that was missing that I would have liked to have had, it would have been some pegs. Our husbands raced in the outrigger paddling event and they put their wet gear on the racks provided, however due to the wind and the rain they kept blowing off. But if a bucket of pegs is all that we could fault, then tell the owner they are doing extremely well.

That was, by far the best family holiday that we have had to date. We are off to the UK next year, so I’m not sure if we will be at the Hamilton event, however in future years, we would love to stay at Pavillions 21 again. Your might also wish to mention on the website how wheelchair friendly the apartment is. When we did a search for apartments, it was really difficult to tell which ones had stairs or a lift, or flat inside the space. That could be a great selling point for wheelchair clients.

Also, I would just like to mention the great service that we had from the Whitsunday Team. We were kept up-to-date and informed of specifics on the island which was a fantastic help. The lady that collected us at the airport was FANTASTIC. We had so much luggage for the paddling event and she was great at helping us to our apartment and settling in.

I’m so glad that I selected to go with your company and Pavillions. Seven other people’s experiences were counting on my decision and I’m happy to say that nobody was disappointed!

Apartment looks much better than in the picture. We were pleasantly surprised. Very spacious apartment – we had only 4 people, but it would fit another 2, and still be spacious. Very nice bathrooms, bedrooms. I would recommend this property – especially for families with kids – its ground floor, which means you don’t have to carry you stuff up the stairs and you have a large veranda.

We had a great time at Oasis 23 – it must have the best view of all the units. I can’t really comment on the TV – the view was the best channel!

Everything went smoothly – the pick-up and drop-off were well done, and staff friendly and helpful. The 3 bedroom layout was perfect for us, with a little one able to nap in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen was well supplied.

We will be quick to refer anyone we meet who is thinking of traveling in the general area to Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Holidays.

We had an amazing stay on Hamilton Island in Hibiscus 108, and only wish it could have been longer. The use of the golf cart was invaluable and such a unique idea. We loved it. The apartment is perfectly placed for Catseye Beach and all the pools. The kids had a ball and particularly loved the Bourgainvilla pool.

If we were ever fortunate enough to visit Hamilton Island again, then we would definitely want to stay at Hibiscus 108 again.

Were it not for the 24-hour plane ride to get there (we live in the US), we’d come again and again to stay in the same place. It’s lovely, and a nice combination of close to the activities — but far away enough that you could feel removed from the “hubbub.”

Our highest praise and thanks to owners, and property managers. Our greeter was friendly and helpful, transfers were prompt and communication was excellent. The property was clean, wonderfully situated and well appointed.

Yes, we did have a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. We shared our apartment with another couple, who also enjoyed the whole experience. We all loved our apartment in Frangipani and thought it was probably in the best spot on the island, at least in our price bracket. The service girl was lovely and very instructive, especially when explaining the procedure for charging the golf buggy, making sure we understood that two plugs had to be plugged in each night!

The accommodation at Bella Vista East 1 was warm, inviting, surprisingly big for 2 brm, I could live here!!!! AMAZING VIEWS! The kids LOVED the grassed area to play bocci ball (we brought our own set) and just to run around and watch the amazingly friendly birds drop in to say hi.

Loved the unit, thanks for the amazing holiday – we would definitely recommend the unit and your services highly!

Hi. I recently stayed at Frangipani 004 and must take the time to congratulate both the owners of this unit and Whitsunday Holidays for an outstanding holiday – something I don’t normally do.

The owners have done a magnificent job in refurbishing the unit – Very tasteful colour scheme, top quality fittings throughout, right down to the taps, door handles, light fittings etc. Everything I touched worked. The unit was stocked with a huge amount of crockery, cutlery, glasses including kids toys, books, DVD’s and electrical appliances (also top quality).

Also to Whitsunday Holidays – A top website right from my first contact. The guy who picked us up from the Jetty was also a delight.

On arrival we were ready to wait to access the unit when to our surprise it had been cleaned and waiting for us on arrival – Greatly appreciated. The only thing wrong with this great review is that many more holiday makers are going to book out this unit making it harder for ME to return. Job well done. Regards Robyn

First time we have stayed on Hamilton Island. It was a wonderful weekend – especially as our youngest child, and only daughter, was married there….absolutely beautiful.

This apartment was beautifully located with great views of Catseye Bay and a lovely walk into the Marina every day for coffee and shopping.

This place was just like the pictures, it was clean and tidy and had everything we could have wanted there plus so much more.

We stayed there with our two year old daughter and it was perfect for us, she had her own room to sleep in and it was fantastic being on the ground floor as it meant that she could easily run outside to the grass lawn to play.

It was great having the BBQ and the location of the place was so central it was only seconds to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will be sure to book it again when we visit Hamilton Island again!.

We had an awesome time staying at the Frangipani 004 Unit in May 2013. My husband, daughter and her fiancé, plus the two grandchildren couldn’t been happier. Everything was organized that we requested from the babies cot to the beach towels. The apartment was so well equipped with everything we needed including toys for the kids. We were picked up from the airport by a lovely girl who drove us to our apartment and then back again at the end of our stay. Having the use of the golf buggy made everything so easily accessible. The pool was so close and our view was spectacular. We are planning another trip back with the rest of the family in the future and most definitely will be booking this apartment. Apartment Oasis 18’s views were absolutely spectacular, the apartment felt like home and was so beautifully furnished and equipped. It is the most relaxed holiday I have ever had. I just loved the wildlife dropping in (no we did not feed them) and I could have sat in the outdoor area all day staring at the view.

We stayed at Lagoon 007 for a week. The apartment is great, lots of space and everything you need. The view from the outdoor area is stunning. I loved the fact the kids could run around the lawn and not be confined to a balcony. I would recommend this property and will be coming back in the very near future. Just want to say it is with sadness that I am thanking you for a lovely holiday. The sadness is because it means I am back home and my holiday to Hamilton Island is over.

We arrived home yesterday after 7 nights on Hamilton Island staying at Hibiscus 108.

The apartment was very comfortable it had everything we needed and location was fantastic.

I did a lot of research before making a booking on Hamilton Island and I am very pleased with our selection and I appreciated all the assistance I received from the ladies at Whitsunday Holidays.

Never being on Hamilton Island before it was hard to work out locations and accommodation to meet with my families requirements when you haven’t been somewhere before.

My husband and I brought our two teenage daughters (19 & 17) and my elderly parents and the accommodation at Hibiscus 108 suited us perfectly. My parents live on Kirra Hill at Coolangatta and have a view over looking to beach and up to Surfers Paradise so I was concerned that Hamilton Island and Hibiscus 108 would not meet with their expectations but I was wrong they love it.

We are already planning our next holiday!!

Will definitely be back again to Hamilton Island and I will be sure to recommend Whitsunday Holidays to our family and friends.

We had the most amazing week on Hamilton thanks to the perfect weather, and the perfect location of Lagoon 007. A minutes walk to the beach and pool, we especially enjoyed the air conditioning in every room, the DVD player and the beautiful outdoor area and barbecue that we could use on our return from long days of swimming. The 4 nights in Hamilton Island were to be our highlight in Australia for our month here – splash out on the accommodation etc. It was worth every penny, a perfect apartment for facilities, location and well everything! Of course we want to buy it and hope the lottery comes up one day. Thanks to the owners who have excellent taste . I certainly could have spent the whole 4 days just sitting on the balcony with those views. The pick up and return service was spot on as was the whole of the booking process.

A truly memorable stay, one which we will repeat some day – indeed we agreed that the 22 hour flight from the UK would be worth beating for a week there!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Blue Water Views 11 and were amazed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment (and the stunning view-weather permitting) from the aptmt. We were pleasantly surprised with the small touches like providing laundry powder, dishwater tablets, etc that enabled us to use the facilities from day 1. It was also good to have the other apartment very close to enable all of our group to get together quickly and at the same time some chill out time. The buggy came in very handy not just for the elders in our group but everyone else as well.

We have all returned safely to NZ and we have come back to lovely weather which has made it easier after the wonderful holiday we had in Hamilton Island.

I was going to write a review of Iluka on Trip Advisor but can’t find a reference so am writing to you instead.

All that you said about Iluka in your promotional material is true. It is a superb house and yet we settled into it from the moment of arriving. Indoor/outdoor flow is a housing cliche but this house exemplifies what that term means.

We paid more for this accommodation than we would ordinarily look at but it was well worth it for the experience. Also we came to realise that the inclusion of the two buggies in the price was a considerable benefit. We were so happy to be in the house that we prepared and ate all our meals there which was a great saving. Our 4 grandsons were content spending time in the pool so we didn’t have to pay to entertain them elsewhere. We returned thinking that Iluka was very good value for money.

All 10 of us had a great time. I’m sure my grandsons will remember Iluka for many years to come.

We were more than happy with the accommodation, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for self catering.

The pool was lovely and when you wanted to have some time out it was a lovely place to go. The buggy and driving the buggy around the island added to the total experience – it was so much fun.

Hamilton Island was fantastic we had the most wonderful time, trying most of the activities on offer. I would also like to thank Whitsunday provisions for the food they provided and I intend to write to them separately to thank them for the wonderful fresh food that they sent. I deliberately used them as I hoped we would be able to get more local produce and this appeared to be the case, meat and veggies etc were beautiful

just wanted to drop you a line about how good Frangipani 004 is. This was our 10th holiday on the island, and it was the best lodge we have stayed in yet. Absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed was supplied, it was 1st class. Brilliant apartment, we will definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t believe how every single thing we wanted be it a utensil, down to a salad spinner was provided, brilliant! They have the best potato peeler there, I’m buying one of those! Not to mention the apartment itself is gorgeous!

Thanks for all you help, you have been a pleasure to deal with! Look forward to booking with you again for next years holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was well equiped with everything we needed, the extra fridge outside was good for drinks and the barbie outside. Yes we really enjoyed our stay in the property, which was lovely & very well appointed, & importantly very clean. It was roomy, the beds were very comfortable & we had nice linen & towels. The fans and A/C made it comfortable & it has obviously been well looked after.

The property was excellent and in terrific condition, the ground floor was ideal as the kids played on the grass out on the front patio most days and we did not have to worry about our 5 year old Jack trying to jump over any balconies. As well it was terrific that the kids had separate quarters including their own bathroom. As well having our own laundry was terrific as our kids tended to go through their clothes constantly.

We will definitely be keen to re book at some point early next year

I am sending this email with some feedback/ comments regarding my recent stay at Hamilton Island. We ( a group of 8) of us stayed at Bluewater Views Apartment 17 from Monday the 9th of August to Thursday the 12th of August 2010. The group also included 6 Americans.

We were all thoroughly impressed with the quality standard of accommodation provided in Bluewater Views 17. It is an absolutely stunning apartment with superb views. The bedding was very comfortable and we were extremely happy to find that small things such as ‘salt, pepper, spices, tea & coffee were provided’.

We had a great time at Hamilton Island. Weather was a bit crappy but still had a relaxing holiday.

Poinciana 010 was absolutely perfect for us. I could put my daughter down for a nap and have a sunbake out the front which was great. It was close enough to the resort and marina for the boys to wander down to the beach or shops, or for me to take the pram. The kitchen was great. We love to cook and it had every possible utensil or cookware you could possibly want. I will definitely stay there again when we come up next time.

We had a fantastic stay on Hamilton island.

From the start of my enquiry with Whitsunday Holidays the process of finding accommodation was made so easy. Prior to my enquiry with Clare I had been going through looking at properties on the internet to try and find the right property which was a very painful process to my mind. I also really appreciated being sent a copy of the Island’s activity Plan for the week of our stay.

Being provided with a short list of properties suitable to our needs was brilliant. Poinicana 003 is a lovely apartment and perfect for families with young children as we could sit and watch the kids play while we relaxed too.

Once we arrived on the Island the service was fantastic from being picked up, to looking at our beautiful clean apartment and then when we left the service was the same, professional and courteous.

So please let the owners know that their apartment is in great hands with Whitsunday Holidays.

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation – Blue Water Views 17 was absolutely amazing, from the incredible views to the quality inclusions in the apartment (the beach towels were wonderful and a great extra that we have not had at any of the other places on the island we have stayed) and the extremely tasteful decor, and of course the spa on the balcony – just fantastic!!!!!!

I would just like to say that my husband & I enjoyed our 8 nights at Hamilton Island immensely & loved Frangipani 004! The comfort level was like a home away from home, the location was peaceful, the views were magnificent. The wildlife to be observed at all times of day & night gave us great pleasure & the buggy gave us a great level of convenience. We’d never stayed on HI before but had visited as day trippers twice but now feel we’d like to return on a regular basis, so I feel you will be hearing from us again. Thank you for the email and the for the opportunity to tell you of the wonderful family time we had recently on Hamilton Island. As I have said before from the first moment of contact with you everything was handled superbly. Thank you – whilst I prefer ‘first hand’ contact I was never left in any doubt with the ‘online’ communication and through the combination of the two I never felt in any doubt that our booking was vulnerable or that we would be left to our own devices once the booking (and payment) was made.

The valet service was wonderful also – very personal, genuine, helpful and punctual! We just loved Oasis 23! Everything was ‘first class’ and the unit was prepared thoroughly and offered more than you can expect with regards to kitchen/ laundry/ holiday requirements (e.g. beach towels provided – wow, did that save on packing space especially as we have 19 and 17 year old daughters!!!!!) as well as the quality of the buggy (just loved it!).

Thank you again and be assured I will have no problem recommending you as a booking agent for anyone contemplating a Hamilton Island holiday.

We had an excellent visit to Hamilton Island. Having stayed on Hamo twice before it was great to come home to a house instead of a unit after a day on the water. Views from the master bedroom are spectacular and with only a few minutes cart drive to the marina we couldn’t have asked for more.

WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME!!!!

We were very happy staying at Blue Water Views 17. What a top spot. The view of a morning is just awesome! We found it was very well equiped for our needs. We loved the linen, the bathrooms were fantastic, the beds made all 3 couples realise that we needed a new one at home, the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. The lounge was so comfy! (infact we went to Freedom trying to find the same one….which we suceeded). Will definatley be back and be recommending this apartment to anyone i speak to! Actually the family staying in the Reef hotel wanted to come stay as well. Even the peacock came to visit.

We spent alot of our time on the verandah and loved every bit of it. We used the pool and the spa which was great. The buggy i think was the highlight of our holiday besides my brothers wedding and the jetryder. The buggy was so much fun and we all had a laugh…. I have never seen so many buggies. What a great way to see the island as well.

So thank you to the owners of this apartment, we will definately be coming back! Thanks for all your help with bookings and my enquires on behalf of our family.

I stayed in Unit 3 with three other ladies and it was just beautiful. We wrote in the guest book to Mark and Stell and family about how much we loved our stay. The renovations are just superb. We sat down one day and said ‘is there anything we could fault about the unit and the builing’ and there was not one thing. (Only that we wanted to stay longer). We will definitely recomend this unit to our friends.

Our 3 yo daughter really appreciated the children’s toys and the extra space of this apartment -it was home away form home. We have stayed on the island several times over the last 10 years, but this unit was by far the best to date. We are planning another island visit later this year and will be looking to stay at this apartment again.

We were very excited when we took the virtual tour of room 003 at home on our computer. We thought that the beautiful room was made up, until we opened up the door. The owners have an awesome taste in decore as the rooms were beautifully finished. Everything had been thought of which made our stay relaxing and most enjoyable, especially in the kitchen drawers. We love the paintings and photos. We felt very posh during our stay. Thankyou. The valet service was wonderful and the girls were very friendly, it started and finished our holiday perfectly.

Dear Whitsunday Holiday Team,

We all enjoyed our holiday on Hamilton Island. The only problem was that it went too quickly! This visit was equally as enjoyable as our first one, which was nearly four years ago for our sons wedding. He and his family will be there again in June next year for one of his friends weddings.

And we no doubt will be visiting again one day soon.

yes the unit is very well presented and clean, only thing I would have liked changed, the weather could have been a bit warmer . Not really, as we were up there looking at properties for our own investment, the unit and service was excellent, and I’m sure we will be in touch with you when we have settled on our own property

I once again enjoyed my stay. The apartment is beautiful and the welcoming gifts of champagne and chocolate and the availability of essential items such as tea, coffee, pepper and salt where greatly appreciated.

It would be great if there was an area I could wash my feet off before entering the apartment when returning from the beach. It would be also nice if one of the cupboards in the third bedroom could be available for storing luggage.

I look forward to staying again next year.

Hello again from unfortunately back home

We had a great time staying where we did – from the moment we were picked up at the airport by an exceptionally friendly lady to when we were escorted back to the airport the service was great. The unit was more than we expected and were very comfortable with all amenities.

Our feedback was that the holiday was fantastic.

The apartment has been very well renovated – a lot of thought has gone into the design and the provision of fit out and as such it is to a high standard. Pls pass on our congratulations to the owners on this!.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the holiday, from the apartment, the weather (understand we were lucky and had great weather after a bad run!) the beach and water were perfect and the swimming pools were ideal for the children.
