The accommodation is beautiful with what we think are the best views in the block. Ground level entry with a short easy walk to the beach and a stone throw a little further on to the busy activities on Catseye Beach. Read More

Our congratulation to the owners of Frangipani 004. We stayed over Xmas/ New Year 2015/16. The accommodation is beautiful with what we think are the best views in the block. Ground level entry with a short easy walk to the beach and a stone throw a little further on to the busy activities on Catseye Beach. My 93 year old Mum managed it with ease. The Unit was just like the pictures showed which was nice. It was clean and tidy and someone even put our Coles online order in the fridge which was really appreciated especially because our plane was delayed over an hour. The Valet service to and from the airport included in the Unit along with the welcome bottle of Champagne all adds to a nice way to start the holiday. Perfect family holiday Perfect apartment for a family with a toddler! Lots of space, lovely outside area, decor is gorgeous and and all the creature comforts you need. We enjoyed exploring the island with the buggy, and walking down the steps to the beach everyday. Rebecca Read More

Good morning Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. We had a fantastic time at The Palms! I'd like to just say that the staff at Whitsunday Holidays were amazing prior to our stay. They were so prompt with their replies and sorted out every question or query I had regardless of how minor. Booking this property was that much easier thanks to the staff.
