Dear Apartment Owners and Whitsunday Holiday Team
We would like to thank all concerned for helping us to experience such a wonderful time on Hamilton Island. The apartment was fabulous and so modern and we commend the owners on providing every possible appliance/furniture for our use and comfort. We felt very special. The service that was provided to us upon arrival and departure was first class and The Whitsunday Holiday Team must have worked very hard to ensure the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and presentable.
We hope we are able to return again one day in the future. We of course would always check to see if No 10 was available again.

Thank you for the email and the for the opportunity to tell you of the wonderful family time we had recently on Hamilton Island. As I have said before from the first moment of contact with you everything was handled superbly. Thank you – whilst I prefer ‘first hand’ contact I was never left in any doubt with the ‘online’ communication and through the combination of the two I never felt in any doubt that our booking was vulnerable or that we would be left to our own devices once the booking (and payment) was made.
The valet service was wonderful also – very personal, genuine, helpful and punctual! We just loved Oasis 23! Everything was ‘first class’ and the unit was prepared thoroughly and offered more than you can expect with regards to kitchen/ laundry/ holiday requirements (e.g. beach towels provided – wow, did that save on packing space especially as we have 19 and 17 year old daughters!!!!!) as well as the quality of the buggy (just loved it!).
Thank you again and be assured I will have no problem recommending you as a booking agent for anyone contemplating a Hamilton Island holiday.

We had an excellent visit to Hamilton Island. Having stayed on Hamo twice before it was great to come home to a house instead of a unit after a day on the water. Views from the master bedroom are spectacular and with only a few minutes cart drive to the marina we couldn't have asked for more.

We had the most wonderful time at Oasis - the apartment is just gorgeous and so spacious and comfortable - we will definately recommend to one and all. I would also like to thank Whitsunday Holidays for all your assistance in booking the apartments for my son's wedding. The day was perfect and we all had a great time. Thank you once again.

Hi Girls,
We had a fantastic holiday and just loved our accommodation in Poinciana 003. What a beautiful apartment. The facilities were excellent and we loved driving around in the golf buggy. The location was excellent being a short stroll to the marina and the resort area. We will have to come back again as our stay was interrupted by Cyclone Hamish.

I happily left comments in the units guest book. The owner of this unit must be thanked for their generosity in supplying many extras that I have never encountered before. Their consideration makes this unit stand out above many others. As we were with a large group of friends we were able to see some of the other units in the complex and other apartments on the island which paled by comparison.
