Absolutely incredible stay at Blue Water Views #17. From the pick up at the airport to the luggage service back to the airport at checkout, the service was top notch. The apartment was exactly as described but the real thing was even better than the pictures. Inside there was absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. The golf cart/buggy made navigating easy - perfect location for easy access to both the marina and the beach. The views, especially at sunset, were almost unbelievable- at times it looked like a painting. Not one iota of a negative at this place. Good morning team, Thank you so much for the wonderful holiday at Hamilton Island!! The Palms was a beautiful location and stunning house. Very well appointed with everything we could need including the kitchen and laundry! Was great for our family! The pool table provided great entertainment! Dear Whitsundays Holiday Team, We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island! Our Apartments (Lagoon 102 and Lagoon 104) were just fabulous. Great location, fantastic views, spacious and well appointed, tastefully decorated, appreciated the little extras and use of the Golf buggy. Your team provided the most friendly service from start to finish with a well planned check in, transfer and check out process running smoothly and efficiently. All the staff we encountered were friendly and gave great service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to visiting Hamilton in the near future and staying once again in Lagoon 102 & Lagoon 104. Please pass on our thanks to the owners of these properties.
