We just had the most wonderful holiday & stayed at the amazing Frangipani 8 overlooking the beautiful Catseye Beach. From the very beginning from when we made the booking, on arrival & right up till we sadly had to leave, the wonderful staff at Whitsundays Holidays, a very special mention of Courtney, Stacey and Julie who went above & beyond to help in every way, especially when we missed our flight, they arranged another night for us as well as changing our day cruise. We just had the most wonderful holiday & stayed at the amazing Frangipani 8 overlooking the beautiful Catseye Beach. From the very beginning from when we made the booking, on arrival & right up till we sadly had to leave, the wonderful staff at Whitsundays Holidays, a very special mention of Courtney, Stacey and Julie who went above & beyond to help in every way, especially when we missed our flight, they arranged another night for us as well as changing our day cruise. Any enquires were promptly addressed & you just knew we were in very good hands. Our own Valet picked us up at the airport, packed all our luggage into a van & drove us to our hotel with a lot of very helpful tips pointing out where the marina was, the IGA which is attached to the Bottle Shop. Our apartment offered everything you could ask for with a beautiful homely decor, very comfy beds, a tv in every room, spectacular view from master bedroom with sliding doors to access the rather large ground floor porch, which offered a BBQ, outdoor table for 6 & 4 sunlounges not to mention direct access to the private pool & spa with plenty of sun lounges, undercover table & chairs, fridge & BBQ. We felt like home in this gorgeous apartment, the Owners have thought of everything! The beautiful open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, gas cooking to boot! Having a laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron & board was very handy. There’s also a clothes rack that you can use. The biggest bonus was having the use of your own Golf Buggy & as most departure flights leave around Midday, even though we had to vacate the property by 10, you can leave all of your luggage inside for them to pick up & transport to airport but you can still keep all your carryon bags / Day Bags, still have the use of the buggy & hang around the pool to then get your own way to airport. We recently stayed at La Bella Waters 2 and absolutely loved it!!! The house is spacious, clean and located in a nice quiet spot just down the hill from One Tree Hill. The bedrooms are huge and all have en-suites, the kitchen is well appointed – and there’s everything you could possibly need – washer and dryer, high chair, cot and some toys and games. Our kids (1 and 3) loved the private back lawn for running races and playing with their cars! Whitsunday Holidays were fabulous from our initial booking enquiries to our return home. Clear (and quick) communication throughout, responsive and helpful – we couldn’t be happier!!! Travelling with two toddlers can be daunting, but Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Holidays have made this trip seamless. We’ve already recommended Whitsunday Holidays to two other families looking to visit and are about to book to come back to the same house, through Whitsunday Holidays again in six months time! Good morning team, What a magical apartment! We had the most amazing trip from arrival to departure. The view from the apartment was spectacular, each day my husband and I looked out over the water and thought how lovely it would be waking up to that view every day. May 2023 The apartment was very clean, the furniture was nice and the little touches for children were very appreciated. My two young boys were into the Lego and puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked, we actually enjoyed meals in the apartment most nights. With that view and being on the ground floor with the wallabies roaming around outside why would you want to leave?! Read More

Good morning and thanks for your email. We had a fabo week with close family and enjoyed our time even in the rain the last couple of days on and off. We specifically liked being on that side of the island away from the afternoon sun, choosing to go west if the inclination arose. The location and buggy afforded us easy access to visit One Tree Hill or either the Front Street area or Catseye Beach aspect within 5 minutes so that was fantastic, and the complex pool was in a great position not too close but close enough for a wander in and privacy was guaranteed. We did love the space and layout, which was obvious to us from the images and found it very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. The larger lounge setting was also a perfect set up as we could sit with space to chill and read and not be on top of each other, but also close enough to be involved in the prep or cleanup of meals if we ate at home. The club car was great. It was a very relaxed vibe which allowed us to concentrate our efforts on enjoying the island and what it has to offer. A getaway that will be remembered for a lifetime. This property is a great asset, we would recommend to people to stay here over nearby complexes. It afforded us good privacy as if we were away from the majority of tourist people, nice and quiet when it was needed and another plus we had the bus basically at the door to take us around or return. Overall this would be one of the nicer properties in this part of the island without spending $1000+ per night which is a bonus. Lovely place and space. Kind regards, Chris Read More
